That's a very strange one, and I've never seen one like it. The shape certainly is not isolated to Paragon and it could have been manufactured by any of hundreds of possibilities. Absent specific markings to identity it, it's all guesswork from there. You might see if you can narrow down the engine possibilities based on the hub dimensions.

Possible early Paragon with terneplate covering?
We know nothing of the origin of this propeller but have been told the plating on the entire prop is terneplate. The length is 10’. The scimitar shape resembles the early Paragon shown on this website.
