  • Possible early Paragon with terneplate covering?

We know nothing of the origin of this propeller but have been told the plating on the entire prop is terneplate. The length is 10’. The scimitar shape resembles the early Paragon shown on this website.
Any comments on what we may have here?

That's a very strange one, and I've never seen one like it. The shape certainly is not isolated to Paragon and it could have been manufactured by any of hundreds of possibilities. Absent specific markings to identity it, it's all guesswork from there. You might see if you can narrow down the engine possibilities based on the hub dimensions.

It measures for a Curtiss OX5 according to the chart.

I think the OX5 and the various OXX engines had the same hub dimensions, so it may very well have been designed to us on one of the Curtiss MF aircraft. There was a lot of experimentation going on in that era, so a lot of different combinations of engines, props, airfoils, etc.
