Looking to find out information about my propeller. Serial No. AF1799 See picture.

I don't know of any listings that include that number, which if a serial number would not identify the make/model of the aircraft. It looks from the limited picture that it's a left hand thread, so it's highly likely that it's a British manufactured prop.
There's not much to go on with what you've posted. A picture of the whole prop might help, as would a measurement of its diameter, but I'm guessing that it's not going to be identifiable.
