1940 propeller Id help

Hiya - am trying to identify a wooden, two-bladed propeller. It is 90" long and has a small plate attached to the boss with the following stamped into it: Feb 1940 H8570 63064. Any ideas very gratefully accepted! Thanks. Mike

That's not much to go on, and even the number grouping is unusual. Also, most certificated propellers would have numbers stamped into the wood rather than a metal plate.

Thanks for that. Yes, you can see my problem. Looks like this one may remain a mystery....
