    There's no set value. It's a fairly common propeller, the market is small and sometimes two nearly identical propellers will sell at significantly different prices depending on a variety of factors. Bob Gardner would have a better idea, but my guess would be something in the $500 to $750 range.

    I'm not sure there's any reliable way to tell when it was actually manufactured. You'd need a record of serial numbers and production years.

    But I moved it to the "Modern" Propellers category since the airplane was designed long after WW1.
