HI Dave, Do you have a price in mind for your propeller? (US dollars)
    Thanks, Scott

Hi Scott, The only guidance I have found for a Gypsie Major prop is this comment by Bob Gardner in 2008 quoting about 300gbp or 800usd. -Dave

Those values don't match up with currency exchange rates, nor do they match with recent historical rates.

Thanks for the info. I would appreciate a ballpark current price. I am trying to help the widow downsize while at the same time receive a fair price for her. The workshop tools were much easier to assess, the old prop is not.

Hello Dave, I may have an interest in the propeller. Can you tell me more about it? Is it airworthy? Where has it been stored? Has it been hanging, or standing on end?
            Thank you,
            Nick

Hi Nick - the prop has sat flat on a high shelf in a dry basement for 50 years. It is not airworthy: there are two 0.5" "X"s scratched into the hub possibly by a screwdriver blade. And a portion of one side's fabric wrap has become delaminated. I can email more and higher-resolution photos if we can arrange direct emails. - Dave
