Unknown Sensenich

I pilot friend called me yesterday asking if I could find any information on a wooden Sensenich seen hanging in a restaurant in Knoxville, TN. He says the embossed lettering is very distinct -- line-by-line:

SOUV

Could SOUV mean "souvenir"?
