Quite a few years back I stumbled upon an old wooden propeller on eBay.
At the time I had no idea what exactly was it (apart from the stickers on the prop "Manufactured by Bennet Propeller Corp. Morganton N.C.").
At that time, I had not the means nor the time to search any further.
Lately, wishing to put it on display, I started searching about the propeller itself and the airframes it might had been used on. (I want to make a replica of the mount of the propeller).
The length is about 70”, the hub diameter 5" (6 mounting screws) and the characteristics stamped on it are: Design 24GA48, Serial 2034, HP. 65 and RPM 2350.
According to AI this propeller was, most probably, used on the following aircrafts
Thanks a lot

According to AI this propeller was, most probably, used on the following aircrafts
- Piper J-3 Cub (even though, a separate search suggests than no Cubs were ever fitted with Bennett Propellers as standard)
- Aeronca Champion (7AC)
- Taylorcraft B
- Luscombe 8A Silvaire
Thanks a lot
