Need help to identify this Prop

I really dont have alot of information on this prop other than my dad aquired this prop from a relative he said in the 40's. The prop is 86 inches long and from what I can make out but not exact are these numbers, A186RA NO16
I hope someone can reconize the pics and let me know something.

I'm guessing, based primarily on the hub appearance and size that it's from a wind generator of some type.
