prop I.D help with Banks Fort Worth

I've recently acquired a wooden prop with "Banks Fortworth" and "D411 S950"
on it. I'm wondering if this is for a plane or a boat and if possible, what year? I appreciate any help.

I may be able to track down some numbers when I'm home next week, but usually you can tell just by appearance. Can you post a picture?
