Help.....Wooden prop ID

I have a wooden propeller which was originally fitted to a Thruster TST Mk1 Microlight aircraft. There are 2 sets of numbers stamped on the hub. Im pretty sure the one marked 64 42 refers to the length and pitch but have no idea what the other one refers to which is C11-490. Could anyone please help? Also would like to know the manufacturer of this prop if possible...Thanks

Eddie, you may find that your prop is too modern to get answers here. I know I don't have your answer.
