Unkown Propeller: Need help identifying it

Hey guys. We had a propeller sitting under our house in storage for many years and have recently taken it out and were wondering exactly what it is. I have some pictures I'll post, and some numbers that are stamped on it. Just wondering if anyone could help us find out exactly what it is.

I believe the numbers on it are:

DES.80B.
NO.1481.
A.T.O.516.
