Paragon prop pat'd may 11 1920, What's it worth?

I have no idea what it is. You could check the patent number, but might find that it's for a component of it (like the sheathing) rather than the propeller itself. I have seen Hamilton propellers with a patent number stamped on the metal, and that's what the patent turned out to be for.
