Mystery WWI propeller Identification?

Found this propeller for sale, but I can't find any info on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Length is approximately 102"

Hi,

Except for the decal which is 688 x 1223 pixels, all others are still very small (144 x 153 for the first). I think the trouble comes from the PNG file format (the decal is the only JPEG).
Transcription is not enough, as geometrical disposition of the markings is important.
