.i have a very small propeller from a SE.5A T98118 / RAF / H.C. HISPANO-SUIZA / SE.5a.I believe it may be a very rare fuel or oil pump lift propeller for a specific variant??

The propeller appears to be finished (varnished, marked, etc.).
It is too small for a tractive or pusher prop, but what about a kind of RAT? There are no bolt holes or keyways. Therefore, it's impossible to transmit the propeller's torque to a mechanism. The hole, perpendicular to the axis, could potentially allow it to be locked onto a shaft, but this system is unusable for transmitting useful power on a "real" aircraft (pump, alternator, or dynamo, etc.).
I believe it's an old part ("snakeskin" texture of the varnish), but that it was either intended for a model or as a promotional or demonstration item (40 to 100 centimeters props are known in France as promotional items).
Nevertheless, it's an interesting and valuable piece and certainly a rare collectible.
