Can’t say for certain but some clues are in the markings:
”PS 200 SIDLL” = 200 HP Siddeley (Puma) engine.
“D248 S183” = Diameter and pitch in centimetres.
The use of “PS” to denote horsepower and “S” (Steigung) to denote pitch, strongly suggest German origin.
According to Wikipedia, some Fokker F.ii and F.iii aircraft operated by KLM were re-engined with Pumas; I suppose it is possible that their propellers were made by a German company.
