My uncle recently passed away & he has had this propeller. It appears to be in mint condition...all original. Any idea on the value?

Without seeing it there's no way of knowing. If actually "mint", with intact Lititz style decals and no damage or alteration I'd guess something in the $600 range on eBay, but there is a lot of variability in actual sales, as the market is small.
