Thank you Trefor. This is a new drawing number that I hadn't come across before. I still think it is from something slow like a Grahame-White XV trainer. I have added the details to my database; a rare treat to discover a previously unrecorded drawing number. Could you take a photograph of the prop and its data, and also of the decal with the red A on the other one.

Re the 80HP GNOME: The numbers are quite worn but our best guess is still 2373 or 2375. On the other side is a large circle within which is "Lang Propellers" and a joined up LP and patent number 2B263/09.

I don't have the drawing number 2375 or 2373 listed. It is a serial number of the Integral Propeller Company. Might it be 2303 or 2336 or 2356?

The diameter with the Gnome 80hp Lambda engine suggests it is from a Maurice Farman or possibly a Graeme-White XV, both pusher trainers. Is the pitch 1700mm instead of 1500mm?

The prop with the drawing no 2187V is from a Vickers EFB9 Gunbus powered by a 100hp Gnome Monosoupape. The letters VW indicate that it was made by Vickers at Weybridge. The prop was 9ft in diameter, 2740mm. It was the standard prop for the Gunbus until Feb 1918. The AID stamp is an airworthiness stamp from an inspector of the Aeronautical Inspection Department.

I'll do some more research about the other prop

Can you help identify 2 propellers thay my father has had for many years.

The first is marked with 80HP GNOME 2375 ( or 2373?) D2600 - P1500 and is 9ft in diameter. It's also marked with B.2 pitch 5.67.

The second is marked with 100HP Volkswagen 41 Series 12 drg 2187V

It also has a "sticker" which is a red A with what appears to be a belt wrapped around it. It's a bit faded! It's also marked with AID94 7098 and has 8 bolt holes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
