What are the numbers stamped on the edge of the blade?

I am looking for a buyer for a test club Sensenich propeller 45" tip to tip. My Dad and Mom are moving out of their house and this is one item they are not taking with them. Any help on present market value on these right now? Thanks for any leads. Added 1 picture to help
