Default Gb lewis co wooden propeller

I have a wooden aircraft propeller mfc. By g.b.lewis co ser. No 16379 des. 9p35. Can you identify this for me

The design number you've listed is not consistent with the listed GB Lewis numbering system.

Those numbers aee clearly marked on the prop. Is there any other source you know of where i can go to to identify it?

No, I don't. I don't recall ever seeing that format on any prop before. Can you post a photo of the prop itself?
