Default 36 inch wood "universal propeller" fort worth texas

I have a 36 inch propeller with 2 stickers that read "Universal Propellers" Fort Worth Texas, one on each side. I would like to have more information on this. It has a one inch center hole and four quarter inch countersunk holes. Thanks and have a wonderful day.

A prop that small and with only four bolt holes is likely for an ultralight, powered parachute and such.
