Default Need help identifing a wooden propeller?

The Propellor has a darker center and lighter edges. Appears to have canvas or leather in the middle area. The word Fisher is present on the ends of each propellor written in cursive.
The following is a list of numbers that are present on the center of the propellor.

Plane-DH4
RPM-1460
Engine make- USA12 (Liberty engine)
Part # - 20022
BAP # - 19021

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.

It's all right there. The airplane was a U.S. built DH 4 (DeHavilland) with a Liberty engine. Fisher is the manufacturer, and I think was the same Fisher that produced car bodies. "BAP" refers to a number assigned by the Bureau of Aircraft Production.

Can you post a picture? (If not and you can email them to me I'll post them for you. dbahnson "AT" gmail.com)

Dave,

How old do you think this propellor is, I have not really been able to find a lot of info on it by surfing the web.

What was this particular plane used for?

I will most def. e-mail you some pictures as soon as I get the opportunity.

Thanks for your help.

Photo attached.

It looks to me as if one blade has been shortened and re-shaped.

It was probably manufactured in the 1920's or possibly the late teens.
