  • Help Identifying 80 Inch Airplane Propeller with Flange

Just recently picked this propeller up from an old timer. He said it originally came off of something that sounded like " Vee G" or "Vee B". He also said he stained it about 15 years back and has had it since WW2. Measures 80 inches in length. No markings anywhere. They may have been sanded off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks PropArt

Many wooden props like very much like another so it's almost impossible to make an ID by visual clues only. Sorry.

It's going to be nearly impossible to narrow it down much in the absence of stamped drawing number information. Refinishing it has cut its value down considerably.

Nice looking hub assembly, though. That might be worth more than the prop itself.
