DES-H 751 RH Prop????

Can anyone give info on the following:

DES-H 751 RH.

I know the RH is Right Hand. These are the only numbers visible on the prop.

There was an archived mention of a similar prop back in 2008, but did not get into data, only pictures. and some dimensions. No manufacturer. No Pitch.

What engine could it have been used on?
