    GB Lewis exactly 70in long.

    Ser No. 15712

Stamped DES ? 11C-45 (I think) Any way to make this more legible?

    Any info would be cool.

Lewis manufactured several 11C models, all under Type Certificate 797, all for 85 HP engines. The different models seem to be length and were as follows:

    L11C - 70"
    L11C-1 - 69"
    L11C-2 - 68"
    L11CK -70"

Approval for those expired December 31, 1954. The "45" refers to the pitch in inches. The "K" version had a different bolt hole drilling than the others. Although your model is not listed on this page, I would still guess that yours was most likely designed to be used on one of the 85 HP models listed in tne "CK" versions.

I'm guessing that the "market" value is somewhere in the $300 to $400 range, but there's no established value.
