markings on boss

Hi could you please help me l have a boss it is marked . The marking are d57x33p drg124 srl349 .We think it is 9 but we can not make it out . Thank you for help

The numbers likely just describe a diameter of 57 and a pitch of 33 (inches, most likely). It looks as if drg 124 is a drawing (blueprint) number and the other is a serial number.

Unfortunately, they don't match anything I have in my own references, so it may be difficult to track down much further.
