Almost certainly not WW1. Are you sure it's not "Fahlin"?

The text is not very clear. It belongs to a neighbor of mine. It could be FAHLIN. If so, what would that mean? Thanks

Fahlin was the manufacturer, mostly of more modern propellers, although I believe the company started not long after WW1. But the size of the one you describe is much shorter than WW1 era props.

Actually, just go to this chart and you'll find the drawing number, which indicates it was used for a Continental A65 engine, commonly found on a number of aircraft types listed there.

If it is in fact 60 inches in length, it almost certainly has been cut down at the tips. Eagle Air acquired the type certificate (TC681) for that model which specifies a length of 72" to 76".

I measured it this evening and it is about 74" with old red tips that have been covered with bronze. It belongs to a neighbor of mine. She is elderly and has asked me for help. There is bronze edge all the way to tips. I can send you a digital pic if you want.

          Thanks,

            That makes more sense.
