Default Please help to identify prop

Hi:

Great site. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was wondering if someone could help identify this prop.

I received this prop from my father. I am interested in knowing the history on the prop. I will be hanging this on my wall and when people ask, I would like to be able to know what I am talking about. I'll try to be as specific about the markings as possible. I will attach three photos. Thanks.

The front left side of the hub has five lines of markings.

Unreadable
N-
8' 4" L.H.
S.E. 5090
HS 2.

The prop weighs 32.5 lbs
Hub diameter 11 5/8
Hub thickness 3 5/8
Center bore 3 1/4

The number 212 is on the front above the center bore

The number 36 is on the back below the center bore
