Extremely Rare Vintage Sensenich 1930's Pusher Type Wooden Airplane Propeller used on the Curtiss Wright Junior CW-1 with Szekely SR-3 Radial Engine.
Taking Offers / Photos Here
We have never come across such a unique scimitar shaped pusher propeller. The Curtiss Wright Juniors can often be found with Scimitar Fahlin or other straight propellers as can be seen at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, but we have yet to find one with this original Sensenich Propeller.
I can't imagine many of these survived. Definitely one of the first propeller designs Sensenich manufactured.
75-1/2 Inches in Length and Weighs Less than 25 lbs.
Des. 755
No. 1372
Atc. 388
Propeller is in excellent condition (see photos) for a propthat's been around for almost 90 years.
(2) Original Sensenich Brothers Decals
Original Untouched Metal Hub (Wire still in bolts)
Made of gorgeous curved wood with metal leading edges.
