  • WW2 German metal propeller blade

    Hello All,

can anyone help me to identify this metal propeller blade? I bought this blade in Germany for several years ago, and i think it was a trofee from a American victory on a German fighter or other aircraft. See the American Stars and Stripes etched on the blade. The lenght of the blade is about 178 cm, with 26 cm. Please see the pictures for marks at the foot of the blade. The shape looks like a blade from a Me-110 or a earlyer Me-109. Thank you beforehand!

    Greetings from Holland

    Hello Gert,

    I hope you are well!

We need Harald Lake to answer this question. I think he's the only member knowledgeable about Luftwaffe props. Your prop is certainly attractive.

    With kind regards,
