  • A first time owner of a prop! Please help!

I have just purchased a wooden prop. The markings on it are
    DRGNOLA, 316 c/1
    Cheetah X1
    D.&.33.P.696
    H.R.A. 33030

Any thoughts on what all these markings mean?
    Would anyone know the year?
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I don't have the drawing numbers for those props, which are typically of British or Canadian manufacture and often left hand rotation. Bob Gardner has extensive knowledge of some of those, and he does check in here from time to time. Hopefully he can offer some insight.

The numbers likely refer to :

Drawing number (blueprint that defines the shape, size, hub dimensions, pitch, etc.)
    Engine (Cheetah)
Diamter and pitch (I'm not sure there's an "&" there. Measure the prop and see if the metric measurement is the same as stamp might be.)
    HRA ???
