Not much. In pristine and original condition it may have been worth $600 to $800, but the alteration of the hub for the clock, and the refinishing of the wood surface cuts that value down to almost nothing.

        what a shame

I am always amazed at when some body breezes right past the value of patina on old props. Plus the fact that butchering them to put a clock in the hub really kills the value of the prop. Dave is right, they are worth far more if they are just left alone and not butchered. If you are interested in selling your prop, get back to me at FYRTRUC@AOL.COM

I have access to a machine shop and we have a process to clean out the center hole and then make a new plug to at least get it back to looking like a prop, but bear in mind, this doesnt give it any high value when this is done to any prop, it just helps to cure that ragged look.

        Sincerely,
        D. Hicklin
