Hi There
I am in possession of one half plus the hub of an early wooden propellor and I was wondering if you could tell me any of its history and possibly its value as I am retiring shortly and going back to live in the UK and am 'downsizing' quite dramatically and will not have room for all my bits and pieces
The propellor is in quite good condition, I acquired in in the UK many years ago and was told then that the aircraft had probably been in a crash resulting in one blade missing.
The markings on the hub are:
AB 7031
200HP
BHP Siddely
G801N87
Dia 2750
Pitch 2630
On the opposite side is:
G801N87
CM R3 180
There are 9 bolt holes around the hub.
Thanking you in anticipation
Regards
Alan Richards
