  • Solidworks Finnish Prop Help?

Hi. This is my first posting to this forum. Can you please help me.

I am trying to draw in Solidworks the propeller from Finlands only record breaking plane the Heinonen HK-1. I have made an attempt but due to a combined lack of knowledge on Prop geometry and Solidworks it does not look quite right. I did mange to measure most of the propellers profiles and tip shape but not the incidences. I would also be intrested to know what type of timber it is made of?

The code on the propeller boss(I have put in brackets any of the code that was not clear):-

    HK-1
    (F9?)1/54
    (S?)K0Y
    1350

Any help would be most appreciated.

The wood almost looks like a microlaminate of some kind. The "grain" pattern looks very uniform, but it's hard to tell from the picture.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by incidencies, but you might get some information from this link.
