  • SENSENICH PROPELLER

I recently purchased this at a garage sale. Since I live in an area where there are multiple Naval Air bases and Airforce bases I suspect this might be military, but I'm not sure. The guy I bought it from was a retired Navy pilot and had the prop for over 40 years.
    Info on the prop:
    SENSENICH
    DES 86CASP78
    SER 43536
    HP 132
    RPM 1975

I've done a little research but can't find any prop that has a hub like this one.
    Any info would be appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Mike

Your prop is made to fit the Ryan PT-21 Recruit with a Kinner model R-5 engine rated at 132 horsepower. See http://www.warbirdalley.com/pt22.htm It was manfactured sometime between 1932 and 1942. Nice prop!
