  • 5ft wooden 8 hole propeller

I have a wooden 8 hole propeller which is 5ft long, can only decipher the engraving DRG - 7? and D-6 on the propeller.
The centre bore is roughly 2 3/4 "
    Bolt hole diameter roughly 3/4"
and bolt hole to bolt hole 4 3/4

    Please see attached pictures.

I would appreciate any help in finding out any information about the above item

    Many thanks

Looks like an airboat propeller. Are the tips squared off?

Yeah they are squared off! Do you know how old it would be and from what airboat! We got this in a house clearance and was wondering how much it was worth if we were to sell it on!
      Many thanks

No way to tell just by looking at it. They're a lot like tires - they all look similar but have different uses. Airboat props really aren't worth much as display props, maybe $100 or so as near as I can remember. Sometimes they sell for more than that but usually only because the buyer thinks they're getting an airplane propeller.
