The propeller appears to be for Fairchild PT-19 series aircraft with the Ranger 6 440 engine. Lack of witness marks indicate it was not used and probably sold as military surplus following the war.
I bought the propeller from a coworker 30 years ago and it has always been stored inside. The project of mounting it on a wall never materialized so it is up for sale. I have posted on this forum first as it appears this is where the experts and enthusiasts are.
