any ideas on the best way to remove black paint that was applied to the leading edge of this propeller? i'm told under the leading edge is probably stainless steel. was brass also used? the tips are painted red which i'm told is origional. thanks art

If there's paint there, I'd leave it there. Can you post a picture?
