    Hi
Could someone tell me what L.H.T. means on a 1930's wooden prop? I want to know whether it came off a twin engine Miles Gemini M65 or a single engined Auster?
Obviously, you may guess that I have no idea what I'm talking about!
    Many thanks all x

"Left hand tractor", which refers to the direction of rotation to provide thrust. I think most British propellers after WW1 were of that design, so it doesn't really provide much useful identification information.

To complicate things further, a few twin engine aircraft were configured for counter-rotating propellers, so there would be both a right hand and left hand prop on the same aircraft.

Are there other numbers stamped on it? Those are much more useful.
