    This propeller belonged to my grandfather. He was an engineer at NACA and worked with the Wright brothers. I would appreciate any information you can provide.

    It's a very common propeller used on a variety of aircraft. Sensenich began making props in 1932. See this list for possible aircraft that it might have been used on, referencing "72C44", which is the drawing (or model) number.
