Default Heine propeller identification

I would like to know more about this (piano) seat, made of a Heine propeller.
It's since end 1930 in our family. Especially the decal with the man figure with wings intrigues us. Unfortunately we coudn't find any other identification marks. The length is tip to tip aprox. 3 meters.
