Fahlin Prop ID

I'm looking for help in identifying a Fahlin prop. Here's what I have:

Number stamped on hub - 28221
Below the hub are these numbers:
JC 2071
573 or possibly 575

I've checked the list on the website for Fahlin props and didn't find anything that matched. Is it possible that the number on the hub was the tail number for the aircraft?

The information on the website is definitely incomplete but it's all I have at this time. In my opinion it's extrmely unlikely that number is the aircraft tail number.
