Need help ID a Fahlin Prop

Hello, I have found some information on line, but I would like to know more. I have the following prop:
(Front side)
Fahlin D56645
NO 14565 H.P. 65
R.P.M. 2550
ATC 681
(Back side)
14565
MB600
56645

From the Fahlin site I know that it was designed to be on one of three planes:
D-566-45 Piper J3L65, J3L65S, J4F Lycoming O145B 65hp
Porterfiled LP65 Lycoming O145B 65hp
Taylorcraft Tandem Lycoming O145 B2 65hp

If you can help me determine more information through the serial number that would be great. It was purchased after being used 50 years ago.

So far as I know no serial number lists for Fahlin exist. The info you have may well be all the information that's available.
