GB Lewis Co prop

I have found the general information about the GB Lewis prop (DES. L10 A 40)
but wonder if anyone can further identify it (plane used on and date? possible worth?).
On one side of the hub is "Ser 3201". Several other numbers/letters are on the other side of the prop: GB Lewis CO, Des L10A40. Hp 65 RPM 2300, ATC 788.

I purchased this many years ago at a garage sale simply because I think wood grains are beautiful.

Other than the fact that it was designed for any one of the aircraft listed on this page, there is no record of which of those it would have been used on, and the only way to know of a specific airplane it was used on would be to miraculously stumble across a log entry that included the serial number.

Lewis doesn not have a listing of serial numbers by dates of manufacture.

Value is impossible to determine without knowing more about its condition.
