Default Wooden Hartzell Propeller

Someone asked me to see if I could find out something about an old wooden propeller that was in their basement. It is stamped Hartzell and looks like this:

I also took some additional pictures showing what markings are on the hub, etc. They may be accessed by going to this link: http://www.lotuswebshop.com/prop.htm

How old is it and is this from an air boat? Worth anything?

Thanks in advance for any help you may provide.

Best regards,

No way to tell the age. An airboat or similar device is a good possibility, as are some industrial applications, like fans.
