Default What kind and value

Found this in a barn wanting to know what it's worth

It's almost worthless in my opinion. It's from a wind machine or similar application, not any kind of aircraft, so it doesn't really fall into a "collectible" category in that respect. I think of it more as a farm implement. They're fairly common in California where they're used in various vineyards, orchards, etc.
