Default Help ID Four-Blade Prop

We just got this old four-blade propeller at an auction and know next to nothing about it. It is 7'10" from one tip across the center to the opposite tip.

On the back the markings are "1323" on the upper left of teh center part, "7'10" x 6,25" on the upper right, and "Right Hand" on the lower right.

I hope I am uploading two photos of it. Anything you can tell us would help. Thanks.
