Hartzell prop age

I inherited a brand new Hartzell wooden prop from my father. The design number indicates it was to be mounted on a CessnaC145. Does anyone know the approximate age of this propeller? The Serial Number is 35763. It is in mint condition with the original varnish (?) and the decal looks brand new. It does not appear to have ever been mounted. Also, any idea about it's value? This site has been very helpful so far.

Unfortunately, Hartzell doesn't have a timeline of serial numbers the way Sensenich does.

Value is hard to guess, especially without seeing it, but if you look on eBay you'll find that most props of that type sell in the $600 to $900 range, with exceptions on both ends.
