Default patents

Does any of us know about patent numbers for early propeller? Patents could relates to the manufacturing as well as design...

I mention about early propeller just because I think (but may be wrong) that nowadays propeller wouldn't be manufactured any more in wood.

On the contrary; there are several manufacturers still making wooden props. Perhaps the best-known being Sensenich and Guy Watson continuing the tradition of Ole Fahlin.
