    68 and 32 markings. I picked this up off Craigslist several years ago and never researched it. I'm not an aviation guy so this will probably be sold to someone who is. The backstory is a lady was cleaning out her deceased husband's shop/barn and he was a former helicopter pilot. I'm in central SC. Thanks in advance

    The numbers almost certainly refer to the diameter (68 inches) and the pitch (32 inches) but they don't identify the use.

    In order for it to be used on a certificated airplane (one approved by the FAA) it would have markings indicating a design number or a Type Certificate number. I suspect that it may have been designed for an ultralight of some similar non-certified aircraft or airboat.

      Thank you. There is a local restaurant that is heavy aviation themed near me. He said he would give it a look and a fair price to display it with his other many in the restaurant, Flight Deck Lexington SC
